AS A COMPANY OUR CLIENTS ARE IN OUR BEST INTEREST ENSURING A QUALITY DISTINGUISHED SERVICE, RESPECTFUL INTERACTION AND ENGAGEMENT AND AN EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCT AND SERVICE. ALL CLIENTS WILL HAVE ONE CONSULTATION (FEE INCLUDED IN TOTAL CHARGE), A WRITTEN AND SIGNED CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN ALL PARTIES INVOLVED, A SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS AND DELIVERABLES, AND AN INVOICE. IT IS NOT OUR MISSION TO EARN THE MOST BUT TO BE THE BEST AT HELPING TO ENHANCE THE LIFESTYLE, REPRESENTATION AND TO SEW OATS IN THE DREAMS OF THE CAPABLE TO EXCEED AND SUCCEED IN A GLOBAL MARKET.

 


Privacy & Policy

 

All client(s) and team member(s) privacy that they contractually request Innva Artis, LLC is entrusted to abide by. All client service and product bookings are followed by a signed contract stating all service/products, schedule and deliverables though the company. All service and products are booked with a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve a booking and begin the production process of all services and products, Payments for all service and products are to be paid to the company not an individual team member. Any client exchange verbally. email or telephone are to be made through the company contact outlets. No team member is to solicit their own or outside services while servicing an Innova Artis,LLC client for a company booking. Any questions or concerns of both Innova Artis, LLC clients or team members are to be shared via email or to contact company founder Kara Hawkins at the email address or contact telephone number listed. It is in our companies best interest to uphold the best exchange and experience between all clients and team members while conducting business. If you would like to bring an outside party to a booking that is at your discretion and the company welcomes them! Meetings are private and all parties involved are to be discussed prior to attendance. If there are any items or content one would like to provide or have incorporated in their booking or service/product please notify the company prior to the booking or start process. 
 

Service & Products

All clients arrival and timely presence to all scheduled meetings is respected and reciprocated by the company team members. An additional $10 charge for every 10 minutes late after a 10 minute grace period of scheduled booking time. Your meeting or booking will be canceled if you arrive more than 30 minutes later than scheduled time. A meeting or booking can be rescheduled as long as the company is notified 72 hours in advance. Any time less than 72 hours will result in an additional fee to be paid before the client can receive results of any booking or service/product.The delay of any information the company is to receive from the client to begin booking or the start to the service or product process the company is to receive room the client will delay the companies start time. Any payment that is not made when stated in the contract will result in the cancellation or delay of all service and product the company is to provide to all clients.The website and all company platforms are modified and updated according to company stock and change.

Payment Methods

No payments are to be made or received through the company website. The website is to provide the client with information and clarity for each service and product the company provides. For further detail regarding the service and product detail or payment all individuals are to schedule and appointment and consult with the company via face to face or video meeting. All information exchanged between both individuals client and company team member is confidential.

Shipping Policy

Innova Artis, LLC shipping policy states that the client is to cover all shipping and handling fee(s) of any service or product they have paid for entirely from the compan, Innova Artis, LLC once shipping and handling fee(s) have been established between client and the company contractually will ship the service/product to the clients designated location. All shipping and handling fee(s) are not included in any of the companies service and product cost. Any payment required for shipping and handling is to be between the client and shipping carrier. Innova Artis, LLC is not responsible for any shipping carrier delivery process or delivery to the client. Once Innova Artis, LLC has successfully given the clients service/product to the client's shipping carrier selection we are no linger responsible for how the client receive the service and product. Prior to providing the clients shipping carrier selections Innva Artis, LLC makes sure the client is satisfied with the service and product result on our end through evaluation to assure client satisfaction during and after completion.


Return & Exchange Policy

IInnova Artis, LLC does not have a return policy that we follow.We have a system of meetings and a quality control process to assure that our clients needs and expectations are met once the service and product reaches them in its completion. Once the client and company have agreed upon expectations and deliverables and singed the project contract. To return or exchange a service or product is to not receive payment back or a new service or product in place of the prior.
